Senate approves in general three grounds abortion

After two consecutive days of debate, the initiative was approved, in an extraordinary session, with 20 votes in favor,15 against and two abstentions.

The project,  intends to decriminalize abortion in the case of risk of mother’s life, fetal unfeasibility and rape.
